What's the minimum quantity of any one product I can order?
We only sell in cartons, so min qty would be 20 and above. Howver, special orders can be arranged to suit individual’s needs.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We only deal with account holders, so payment will be by bank transfer via CHAPS or BACS, Paypal, Visa Debit, Credit Card, once invoice is raised.
Setting up an account is an easy process, please get in touch to open one.
How long can I expect to wait between placing my order and receiving the shipment?
We aim to deliver the next day were possible, depend on availability and logistical operations. We can advise on your delivery time more accurately when you place your order.
I'd like to place a large order, is this possible?
Yes, we welcome large orders. Please get in contact and we will do everything we can to fulfill your requirements.
Can I collect goods from you?
Yes you can, but please contact us first as collection is only by by prior arrangement.
